This is a demonstrator
Every company, product, test report and market surveillance case in this system is invented. The demonstrator shows how a Georgian registry modelled on EPREL could look and work, so that the legal, practical and technical requirements can be discussed on a concrete example. The Georgian interface texts are illustrative and have not been reviewed against the official terminology.
What the registry contains
As in the European registry (Regulation (EU) 2017/1369, Annex I), each model has a public part and a compliance part:
Public part — everyone
- Supplier's name or trade mark, address and contact details
- Model identifier
- Energy label in electronic format
- Energy efficiency class and the other label parameters
- Product information sheet
Compliance part — market surveillance only
- Model identifiers of equivalent models
- General description of the model
- References to the measurement standards applied
- Measured technical parameters and calculations
- Test reports and testing conditions
- Specific precautions for installation and testing
Three parts of the system
| Part | Who | What it does | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public registry | Consumers, dealers | Search by product group, filter by class and parameters, open a model via the QR code, download the label and the product information sheet. | How-to |
| Supplier portal | Manufacturers, importers, authorised representatives | Register models step by step or by bulk upload, upload the technical documentation, publish, and answer requests from the authority. | How-to |
| Compliance portal | Market Surveillance Agency | See every registered model with its technical documentation, automated consistency checks, inspection cases, document requests and the audit trail. | How-to |
