Demo — GPREL is a demonstrator with fictitious data. These guides show how the three parts are meant to be used.

Register a model and upload its documents

Before a model is placed on the Georgian market it is registered in GPREL: the label data for the public, and the technical documentation for the Market Surveillance Agency.

1

Log in — your organisation is verified once

Each economic operator registers its organisation one time. The registry administrator verifies it; after that you can publish models.

  • Demo accounts
Use supplier / supplier (stove manufacturer) or importer / importer (refrigerator importer).
  • New organisation?
Choose “Register your organisation” on the login page. You can prepare drafts while verification is pending.
  • Your dashboard
Published models, drafts to complete and requests from the authority at a glance.
Try it: log in as supplier
2

Start a registration

Click “Register a new model” and choose the product group. A draft is created and the five-step registration opens.

  • Nothing is public yet
A draft is visible only to you. You can save and come back at any step.
  • Similar model?
Open an existing model and use “Duplicate” — only the differences need to be changed.

3

Identify the model

Step 1 of the registration records what makes this model unique and when it enters the Georgian market.

  • Trade mark and model identifier
Exactly as printed on the label and the rating plate.
  • Date of placing on the market
Register before the first unit is sold. Add an end date later, when the model is discontinued.
  • Equivalent models and EPREL number
Optional: identifiers of technically identical models, and the EU registration number if the model is already in EPREL.
4

Enter the label and product data

Steps 2 and 3 hold the declared values. The public values appear on the label and in the product information sheet; the technical parameters stay in the compliance part.

  • Energy class follows the EEI
Type the energy efficiency index — the registry tells you which class it corresponds to.
  • Live label preview
The registry draws the label from your data. You do not design or upload a label yourself.
  • Consistency warnings
If declared values contradict each other you are told before publishing — the authority sees the same checks.
Public or not? The technical parameters of step 3 — fuel, nominal heat output, auxiliary electricity, controls — are the “compliance part”, visible to the Market Surveillance Agency only. For refrigerators the registry generates the energy class, the noise class and the ambient temperature range itself.
5

Upload the technical documentation

Step 4 is the compliance part. Every mandatory part must be covered by a file — PDF, images or Office files up to 15 MB. One document may cover several parts. The mandatory parts are the same as in the European registry (Article 12(5) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1369).

Review, declare and publish

The last step shows everything on one page, lists what is still missing and runs the consistency checks.

  • Confirm the supplier's declaration
You declare that the information and the technical documentation are correct.
  • Publish
The model receives its registration number and QR code and appears in the public registry immediately.
  • Afterwards
Download label, information sheet and QR code. Later changes are saved as new versions.
7

Many models? Use the bulk upload

Fill in the CSV template — one row per model — and upload it. The registry checks every row and creates drafts for the valid ones.

  • Template and column reference
Download the template for the product group; the reference page explains every column and allowed value.
  • Check first, then import
“Check file only” reports errors without saving anything.
  • Drafts, not publications
Imported models still need their technical documentation and your declaration before they are published.

Answer requests from the authority

The Market Surveillance Agency can ask for further documents or clarification. The request appears on your dashboard with a reply-by date.

  • Reply in the registry
Write a message and attach the document — no e-mail attachments needed.
  • Files go where they belong
An attached document is added to the technical documentation of the model, where the inspector opens it.
In the demo the account supplier has one open request: the test report for the stove K-450 Compact. Test reports need not be uploaded in advance — the authority asks for them when it checks a model.
