From a registry entry to a closed inspection case

The compliance portal shows every registered model with its confidential technical documentation, flags inconsistencies automatically and keeps the case file from the first check to the final decision.

1

Start at the dashboard

After logging in you see what needs attention today: flagged models, your open cases and replies from suppliers.

  • Flagged by automated checks
Models whose declared values contradict each other or whose documentation is incomplete.
  • My open cases
Each with its stage and target date; overdue dates are shown in red.
  • Reports from consumers and dealers
Sent from the public product pages; open a case from a report or mark it as reviewed.
  • Market overview
Registered models per product group and energy class.
Try it: log in as msa
2

Find a model

“Registered models” lists every registration, including those withdrawn from the public part. Drafts that suppliers have not published are not visible.

  • Search
By model identifier, trade mark, supplier, registration number or equivalent model.
  • Filter by check result
Potential non-compliance, incomplete documentation, or models already in a case.
  • Export
Download the filtered list as CSV, for example for the annual inspection plan.
In a shop? Scan the QR code of the label, note the registration number and type it into the search box.
3

Open the compliance view and read the documents

The compliance view of a model combines the public data with everything only the authority may see.

  • Technical documentation
Grouped by part — description, standards, precautions, measured parameters, calculations. Open a PDF directly in the page.
  • Technical parameters
The measured values behind the label, plus equivalent models and the supplier's contact point.
  • Version history
Every change after publication is kept; compare two versions to see what the supplier altered.
Confidential. Opening a document is recorded in the audit log with user and time.
4

Let the registry do the first check

For every model the registry recalculates the declared values from each other and checks that the documentation is complete.

  • Class against EEI
Does the declared class match the class limits of the regulation?
  • EEI against the technical parameters
For heaters: efficiency × fuel factor − 10 + control corrections. For refrigerators: annual consumption ÷ standard consumption.
  • Completeness
Mandatory parameters and mandatory parts of the technical documentation.
An indication, not a decision. A flag tells the inspector where to look. Whether a product is non-compliant is decided in a case.
5

Open a case and work through the checklist

Click “Open inspection case” on a model. The case gets a number, an inspector and a checklist for the product group.

  • Checklist
Mark each item Pass, Fail or N/A and add a remark. Suggestions from the automated checks are shown under the items.
  • Case file
Notes and findings — a shop visit, a phone call, the assessment of a test report — are added to the timeline.
  • Types of check
Documentary, label and shop display, online selling, or laboratory verification.
Try it: open the list of cases
6

Request further documents

Not everything an inspector needs is uploaded in advance — test reports, for example, are a voluntary upload. From the case, send a request to the supplier with a reply-by date.

  • One thread per request
The supplier sees the request on its dashboard and replies in the registry.
  • Documents arrive in the right place
Attached files are added to the technical documentation of the model and to the case file.
  • Review and close
Ask a follow-up question or close the request when the answer is sufficient.
Try both sides: log in as supplier, answer the open request for K-450 Compact, then log in as msa and review the reply.
7

Move the case forward and close it

The stages follow the enforcement sequence of the Agency. Each change is recorded in the case file with date and inspector.

  • Notification and correction period
The supplier is notified of the findings and given time to correct.
  • Follow-up inspection and hearing
Verify the correction; hear the supplier before a restrictive measure.
  • Outcome
Compliant, corrected, penalty or sales ban. On a sales ban the entry can be withdrawn from the public registry.
Case report and audit trail. Print the case as a report; the audit log shows who registered, changed or opened what, and when.
